Fundraising Surgery with Xuela Edwards

Xuela Edwards, a long-time member of the Bristol Fundraisers group and local fundraiser for nearly 20 years, has offered to help answer any burning questions.

Xuela has worked in a number of areas including charity trading; individual giving; membership; community fundraising; major donors; legacies; prospect research; trusts and statutory.  She is involved with two Institute of Fundraising mentoring schemes and currently advises charities on their fundraising strategies, developing cases for support and budgets, new activities and product development and the joys of Data Protection. Xuela has explored different ways of working from (extra) full-time; compressed working weeks; part-time; job-share; short-term contracts and freelance and is happy to answer your questions about the merits of each.
