We are working with NHS England to scope a community languages information standard to help commission  good quality interpreting services across the NHS.  This work involves a series of engagement and consultation events.

Our event is in Bristol on Thursday14 July, 12pm - 4pm and we are inviting patients and carers, voluntary and community organisations and local NHS commissioners to take part in an informed conversation about experiences of interpreting services.  Having this discussion will help to shape the standard to help ensure the communication needs for those who need it are met.

The event is taking place at:
The Office Group - St Nicholas House
31-34 High Street,
Bristol,
BS1 2AW

Further information and registration can be found online, please follow this link

We do hope that someone from your organisation can attend. Furthermore, if there are any service users also interested, there will be some interpreting support.

There is translated information available in some community languages, for those who need it.
