Date and Venue

On 12th February 2015, we are inviting you to join us to help shape our 2015/16 Quality Account. The event will commence at 12.30 with lunch, and will finish at 4pm. The event will take place at BAWA, Southmead Road, Bristol, BS34 7RG. Please see the attached invite for further details.

What is a quality account?
The Quality Account shares information about the quality of our services and how we measured that quality. It also sets out our top priorities for quality improvement in the year ahead. Our Quality Account provides a wide ranging view of all the services we provide, with a special focus on Patient Safety, Clinical Effectiveness and Patient Experience.

Who is the event for?
The event is open to patients, carers, local health  and care partners, and voluntary and community sector organisations. It is a great opportunity to gather your ideas and feedback on some of the areas we should feature in our quality account for next year. There are a limited number of spaces, so book early for your place. To see our account from last year, click here. We will keep you informed after the event on how your ideas from the day have shaped our Quality Account for 2015/16.
