What does your organisation do?
Buried Treasure works with the local community, long term unemployed, volunteers, young people and a wide range of voluntary and statutary groups offering a range of volunteer and work experience opportunties in organic gardening, timber recycling, woodwork and computer recycling. We design and install community gardens, do conservation work and environmental consultation. We recycle timber to make a range of garden products and promote composting of green waste. We refurbish computers, set up wireless and cabled networks and offer a low cost maintenance and repair service to the voluntary sector. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise. Our services fund our community work with volunteers
