¨      Do you want to learn mediation skills and become an accredited mediator?

 

Bristol Mediation is offering a select number of free places on a nationally accredited training programme in mediation and conflict resolution skills.  This is a unique opportunity to benefit from our highly valued training. 

 

We are looking for applicants aged 21-30 who are currently underrepresented within our volunteer base. This training is free to those who meet the criteria and are willing to volunteer with Bristol mediation for 2 years for 95 hours per year, in line with our volunteer agreement.

 

The training will run in November/December 2016 and will take place over five days meeting each day at 9.15 to start promptly at 9.30am and finish 4.30pm. It is an essential course requirement that trainees attend all course dates. You will also need to undertake some private study.

 

Course Dates:   22nd, 23rd & 24th of November and 5th and 6th December

 

Venue:           St Werburgh’s  Community Centre, Horley Rd, Bristol BS2 9TJ

 

Each place includes all course hand-outs and assessment materials, accreditation and registration with OCN (Open College Network), all trainer and venue hire costs, refreshments and lunch each day throughout the training.
