Personal Health Budgets are giving people choice and control and transforming health and wellbeing outcomes.  Find out how and what the voluntary and community sector can do to help ensure people can access and make the most effective use of Personal Health Budgets by joining our free webinar at 11am on 26 July. This 60 minute session will also set out some of the ways that VCSE organisations can collaborate with their local CCGs to make Personal Health Budgets work for people.

This Collaboration Agreement template is intended to support VCSE organisations in working together. It covers aspects of partnership working such as:

Local authorities have overarching responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people in their area. They have a number of statutory  functions under the 1989 and 2004 Children Acts which make this clear, and this guidance sets these out in detail.
