Another exciting launch event for BOUNDLESS magazine, this time for a full week!

Anyone can drop by, for a chat, a drink or some juicy snacks. A great chance to grab your copy of Boundless - Bristol's lens on arts and culture - fresh from the press.

This edition is special, not only because we feature an enhanced graphical design and layout, but also because we have some guest contributors. It includes:

Tuesday, 7 June, 2016 - 10:00 to Saturday, 11 June, 2016 - 16:00

Lockleaze Community FC was started in April 2006 first as Lockleaze Utd, then Lockleaze and Horfield FC, but then finally as we are now.
We are a very ambitious club and have had a great amount of success in the years we have been running as a football club.
We are in our tenth year and with two adult mens teams running in the Bristol Suburban League and three great new sponsors we are hoping to make headway in the league starting in September 2016.

The Festival shows the community what assets older people can be, shows younger people that growing older offers opportunities to take a full part in the community, and invites older people to join in the many activities and chances to volunteer that Bristol offers.

This year’s theme is ‘100 Ways to Happiness’ and we will be asking everyone to contribute with their ideas on ways to be happy!

Living in a new country can be tough – challenging stereotypes, making hard choices, meeting the expectations of your family. In this original show, two women show how they face these challenges and come out on top.

This newly devised show is performed by mothers from Hannah More School, many of whom have English as a second language.

Tickets only £3 available from www.acta-bristol.com or 0117 9532448
also from the actacentre in Bedminster.

The Health and Wellbeing Pop Up Stall is an exciting chance to raise awareness of mental health and the benefits of exercise. It is being held at Easton Leisure Centre in Bristol within a vibrant, diverse community. I have made links with the Active Choices Team who take referrals from local GPs for people with mental illness who may benefit  from exercise.

I am also running a raffle and free raffle tickets will be provided in exchange for a chat! There will be some healthy snacks and drinks to sample.
