This is the first Legal Services Consumer Panel 'Listening Event' to be held in Bristol at Veale Wasbrough Vizards LLP, Narrow Quay House on 23 November at 14.30.

The Consumer Panel was established as part of the regulatory framework for legal services, as an independent group to help ensure that all providers of legal services act in the consumer interest. We have worked hard in recent years to build an evidence base of consumer views and opinions from which we have provided challenge and support to develop better access, greater choice and better quality service, particularly to those most vulnerable users of legal support and advice. For more information about our work please go to our website at

This event will supplement our statistical research to enable us to hear from people who have recently used legal services and those who have assisted them in doing so. At this event the Chair of the Consumer Panel would be interested to hear your experiences and learn from them.

I hope you will be able to join us. It would help very much if you could sign up as soon as possible using the Eventbrite link to ensure you have a place, as space will be limited.

We are look forward to meeting you.
