Wesport are partnering with Get Well Get On (GWGO) Bristol to deliver a brand new workshop – Physical Activity for Good Mental Health.

This FREE workshop is for employees at all levels of your organisation to gain support and advice to improve mental health and reduce stress through physical activity. If you are from a Bristol based small or medium sized business (less than 250 employees) you can attend this workshop for free.

In this session, Joy will explore ways to avoid token diversity, adding layers to your persona and how to be authentic with it all. Free arts and crafts sessions for dads and their children. All ages welcome!

Dadcast With The Man Dem are hosting free sessions the first Saturday of every month at Children's Scrapstore Bristol for dads to bring their kids have some quality time together and get crafty at the same time!

Our aim is to provide a safe space for dads to bring their kids to a space where they can be creative together, a space where dads can connect with other dads to share their experiences with one another.

Now from 2pm-4pm on the last Saturday of every month. Each month there will be a different variety of craft activities to try.

This event is free to attend, although we welcome donations towards the cost of running the session.

Attending this session entitles visitors to one-day membership to the Scrapstore Warehouse, where you can collect up to a basket of scrap for a donation of £6 (less if the basket isn't full).

The environmental & wildlife TV sector is the second least ethnically diverse sector in the UK, at 0.6% Visible Minority Ethnic (VME), only after gardening, employing a huge number of people around the country including many in Bristol. Black2Nature and it's President 17 year-year-old Mya-Rose Craig AKA Birdgirl has been campaigning for almost 5 years to make the sector ethnically diverse so that it engages VME people with nature and the environment. In that time, Mya-Rose has organised 9 nature camps for inner-city VME teenagers.
