On Being Alive to Death:  A conference bringing together different approaches to the emotional and psychological issues of life-threatening illnesses.

This qualification offers the opportunity for students who are speakers of other languages to learn about the role of the community interpreter. You will learn about the language skills required when working in the community, giving an awareness of how language changes depending on the situation. There is also an opportunity to look at how public and voluntary service sectors work in the community.

VolTrain is a partnership between several organisations, including Bristol City Council, to equip, resource and train volunteer youth workers in the Bristol area. It is open to all volunteer youth workers across both statutory and voluntary sectors and is completely free. Paid workers may also attend if they are accompanying volunteers.

This session will focus on ‘Online Safety & Social Media’.

This half-day workshop will help you to critically evaluate your organisation's existing impact reporting. We'll be looking at tools and processes to develop your reporting and help you generate more funds.

We will be providing teas and coffees and there will be an opportunity for networking at the end of the session.
