Community Asset Transfer opportunity: Jubilee Hall

17 July, 2018

The council is offering the opportunity for voluntary and community sector organisations to lease Jubilee Hall through Community Asset Transfer.

They are looking for tenants who will take on the management of this community building to deliver community-based services and activities and who will further develop the building into flourishing community resource.

If your organisation has imaginative proposals and is interested in taking over Jubilee Hall, you will need to show that your proposals can secure its longer-term future and will benefit the local community.

Full details of the property and the eligibility criteria for future tenants are set out in a Brief, which may be downloaded from the Council's website:
https://www.bristol.gov.uk/people-communities/jubilee-hall-community-asset-transfer

They welcome Expressions of Interest from voluntary, community and other third sector organisations that have the expertise to take over the management of this building and make it available for the wider community to use.

All proposals should be submitted via email by no later than 9am on Mon 13 August.
