Are you a charity or organisation that could benefit from volunteering from young people aged 15-17 in and around Bristol, Swindon, Weston super-Mare and Bath? If so, the National Citizen Service could help! The National Citizen Service (NCS) is a government funded Summer programme for young people designed to increase their confidence, resilience, and independence; amongst other skills important for personal and social development.  As part of the programme young people complete 60 hours of volunteering to make a long lasting impact in their local community. This could be fundraising for a charity, raising awareness of an issue or giving their time to a specific cause. Could your charity/organisation benefit from this work? If so, there are lots of opportunities available to get involved. Please email: chloehall@bydesign-group.co.uk or ring 07584191501 for more details.

This is great opportunity for local organisations to benefit from volunteers and develop the skills of young people to support employability.
