New call for partnership proposals to support NEETs (young people not in education, employment or training)

The European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme has announced a call for proposals to support young people (age 16-24) not in education, employment or training (NEETs). Summary details are as follows.

Aim: The ambition in the West of England area is to ensure that young people and adults are equipped with the skills, resilience and support they ultimately need to secure and sustain employment.

Applications open: 3/7/18

Deadline: 11/9/18

Funds: £2million, minimum bid £400,000

50% match-funding is required

Duration: up to 3 years


Applications from consortia and partnerships are encouraged. Voscur is able to coordinate the discussions between organisations interested in bidding collaboratively.

Please read the specification and, if your organisation is interested and able to work fast, please email Mark Hubbard, Head of Partnerships and Commissioning and provide the following information:

  • Your organisation’s name
  • Short description of your organisation's activities, outcomes and impact
  • Your contact details (name, email, telephone number, website)
  • Your preferred role in a bidding consortium: lead; delivery/specialist partner
  • Your consent for Voscur to share the information you provide with others interested in this process.

Please do this by 23rd July 2018 and we will review the level of interest.
