Postcode Community Trust provides project based funding in Great Britain under the themes 'Improving community health & wellbeing, arts & physical recreation and reducing isolation' . 

They have a two-stage application process. The dates for the stages in 2020 will be;

Stage 1: 21st January - 4th February

Stage 2: 10th March - 24th March

As you can see, the first stage will start early in the New Year so be ready!
