Sexual Violence Services in Avon and Somerset have launched a workforce survey to see how services could be improved for survivors of sexual violence. They welcome your contribution and ask you to please share with others in your organisation and wider networks.
The survey should take around 15 minutes to complete and the deadline is 12 midday on Monday 18 December. If you would prefer not to answer all questions, please just focus on those you do feel able to answer. All responses are anonymous.
If you have any comments or queries, please get in touch by emailing Jen on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0117 909 9949.

The results of the survey will be used to evidence the needs of survivors in Avon and Somerset and inform sexual violence services in the future. They will be included in a needs assessment of sexual violence pathways in Avon and Somerset, which will be made public in Spring 2018.
