Many of the complex challenges we face are really urgent: from climate change to fuel poverty, we need action yesterday. But in our haste many are left behind and the decisions we make are poorer for it. After all, how can we create a world that works for everyone if we don't include everyone in building it? In this interactive workshop we will explore how to encourage deep listening and meaningful participation in meetings, and how to facilitate decision making to ensure everyone's voices are heard.

Bristol has a wide variety of social prescribing practitioners, supporters and networks. Many are self-funded, some are supported by Bristol Public Health and others by grant making trusts. Whilst a rich variety of social prescribing practices has its advantages, there is also a desire for Bristol to have a more co-ordinated approach, ensuring the best use of our shared assets, share good practice and clarify referral routes.
