HR Administrator (Bristol / Flexible)
Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
£23,741.49 per annum. Pay Point 20.
Unseen is an anti-slavery charity, directly supporting survivors of modern slavery and trafficking, and also operating the UK’s Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline.
We are recruiting a full-time HR Administrator to facilitate core HR processes across the organisation. We are looking for an organised individual with HR experience and excellent multi-tasking skills to deliver administrative support for recruitment and HR processes.
Experience in HR administration and an understanding of HR processes is essential. Applicants should also have experience and confidence in administering an HR IT system to maintain and securely store all personnel records and employee data. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and who can manage their workload effectively.
You will join a small, friendly and committed Operations team working at the centre of a dynamic, ambitious and fast-moving charity. You will be supported and managed by the Head of Operations. You will be required to liaise with an external HR advice team to ensure Unseen operates as an efficient, supportive and inclusive employer. We are looking for someone who enjoys working proactively to find solutions and who approaches challenges with a positive, enthusiastic and collaborative attitude. Full and ongoing supervision and training will be provided.
This is a full-time role comprising 37.5 hours of work per week, Mon-Fri.
