Are you passionate about supporting women in a holistic, women centred, trauma-informed way to divert women away from the Criminal Justice System and to achieve long-term lasting change?

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic person to deliver a range of resources, to support employment pathways and outcomes for women living in Bristol who experience the most complex risks and challenges, including addiction and dependencies, homelessness, poverty, mental and physical ill- health, adverse experiences of abuse and violence, low level educational attainment, histories of criminality and involvement in social care services.

As a dedicated ETE coach you will motivate women to consider their current needs and future goals; developing key relationships across all sectors, including local job centres, colleges, volunteering agencies, social enterprises, and apprenticeships.

You will need to demonstrate good communication skills working with clients and professionals and will have a track record of developing effective partnerships with specialist organisations in the local area as well as a commitment to working within a women centred service and to making a differences to vulnerable women’s' lives.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women's Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
