To create a team for 50 year old disabled woman, Henleaze, Bristol (BS9)

I have Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chronic Fatigue and am disabled by the modern world – extremely sensitive and debilitated by mobile phones, WiFi signals, other technology, electricity, chemicals and perfumes, which severely limit access to public places, work and social life.

 

I am earth loving, spiritual, creative

 

Emotional and practical support needed for

  • Mental health support
  • Physical health support (no personal care required)
  • Everyday living
  • Communication
  • Planning and problem solving

1. Care Co-ordinator and Mental/Physical Health Support Worker

 

A dual role of Care Co-ordinator and Support Worker.

To create a team with the other support workers and to assess care and co-ordinate the team.

 

28 hours a week

Initially split into: 4 day time shifts of 6 hours each and 4 hours spread throughout the week at home.

Includes some weekend shifts. Hourly rate includes weekend pay uplift.

 

Part of the co-ordinator role is to create a care plan including how to allocate your hours throughout the week.

 

£14 per hour

 

Suit someone:

  • Experienced in mental health work/care work
  • Caring and emotionally aware, practical and nature loving
  • Able to assess and respond to changing needs
  • Able to co-ordinate a team
  • With good communication, internet and phone skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

 

  1. Two Mental/Physical Health Support Workers (PAs)

 

Person 1: One day – 7 hour shift

Person 2: Two days – 7 hours shifts.

 

Includes some weekend shifts. Hourly rate includes weekend pay uplift.

 

£12 per hour

 

Suit someone:

  • Experienced in mental health work/care work
  • Caring and emotionally aware, practical and nature loving
  • Able to adapt and respond to changing needs
  • With good communication, internet and phone skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

 

 

 

Must be a non-smoker, non-perfume wearer, driver over 25 with clean driving licence.

2 references and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) required.
