We have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in our dynamic Customer Service team, who are the first point of contact for all ours customers providing a ‘one-stop shop’ approach to answering all enquiries that come in via telephone, reception, email, text, social media and our website.
You will join us on a full-time basis on a fixed-term contract for 12 months and in return, you will receive a salary of £22,000 – £24,000 per annum.
Brighter Places developed from a merger between Solon and United Communities Housing Associations in 2021. We manage 3,300 homes for Bristol and surrounding areas and aim to build brighter futures by delivering 1,000 new homes by 2027.
