Community In Partnership Knowle West (CIPKW) is the charity that runs Filwood Community Centre and the Filwood Fantastic project.

We're developing Filwood Community Centre as a community cultural hub for Knowle West and South Bristol, with creativity, wellbeing, learning, fun and friendship at its heart.

We're looking for a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead the operation of the organisation as we grow, someone who can see what’s necessary and can take people with them.

The COO will: develop and implement, in cooperation with the senior managers, the processes needed to increase the productivity, efficiency and success of CiPKW and Filwood Community Centre, in line with its charitable aims and business plan.
