Join OTR’s Freedom Youth and Bristol Hate Crime and Discrimination Services as a Youth LGBTQ+ Caseworker, supporting LGBTQ+ young people who have been targets of hate and discrimination. Working with partner organisations, this role will play an important part in raising awareness of homophobia, biphobia and transphobia across Bristol.

Based within OTR and working alongside key partners Stand against Racism, Brandon Trust, Bristol Mind, Bristol Law Centre and Resolve West, this role focusses on providing 1:1 support to LGBTQ+ targets of hate crime and discrimination aged under 25, as well as working across the city to increase LGBTQ+ hate crime reporting.

Bristol Hate Crime and Discrimination Services is a partnership of organisations working closely together to support targets of all types of hate and discrimination across Bristol.
