Freedom Youth is Bristol’s oldest and longest running gender and sexuality project supporting LGBTQ+ young people since 1995. Offering a wide variety of activities, workshops, groups, 1:1, support, training, events (and more!), Freedom is a social action project for young people, by young people.

Freedom is seeking a Project Coordinator to deliver high quality, participatory LGBTQ+ youth-led social action and support programmes across a range of delivery mechanisms including leading our community social action groups, workshops and 1:1 work for young people aged 18-25.

The Project Coordinator works in collaboration with LGBTQ+ young people to identify and respond to the access and service needs of those aged 18-25, alongside supporting work with young people aged 11-18. The role will include designing and delivering positive LGBTQ+ education and health promotion awareness for young people, educators, youth workers and other professionals.
