Trinity Community Service has been running a weekly lunch club for the over 60's for more than 30 years.  The focus is to reduce social isolation and loneliness.  To acheive this we offer a freshly cooked three course lunch, beverages and activities in a warm and friendly atmosphere. 

We are looking for a volunteer to support the cook by washing up and helpling to clear the kitchen at the end of lunch service.

What you will be doing

• Making some cold drinks
• Washing up
• Clearing the kitchen

Skills, experience and qualities needed

We are looking for someone with:

• A flexible can-do attitude, willing and able to support the cook
• An understanding that reliability and punctuality is important
• A patient, calm and positive manner
• An understanding of the needs of older people
• You do not need prior kitchen experience as full training will be provided

When and where

The lunch club is held every Thursday of the year at Holy Trinity Church, Clifton Vale, Bristol, BS8 4ST.  We are looking for a volunteer to support in the kitchen from 12.30-2.30pm.
