Details of Role: 

You will take a lead in overseeing and managing the delivery of Anti-Social Behaviour, and together with the Housing Team Manager (Lettings) also take responsibility for Empty Homes management which includes allocations and reletting our homes.  You will help develop and deliver high quality services in both these areas and ensure we provide high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will consistently demonstrate our Values, and work with colleagues and partners to develop our communities. The nature of the role will require travelling to different locations and require flexibility to work around business needs.

  • A starting salary of £20,796 (FTE: £35,790) with the opportunity to obtain additional performance related pay increments

What will you be doing?

  • Taking the lead in delivering and developing Anti-Social Behaviour services across Brighter Places and working with your team to deliver a seamless ASB service that supports victims and perpetrators to change behaviours.
  • Line manage, direct, coordinate, monitor and supervise the day-to-day activities of the ASB and Lettings Officers to ensure an efficient, effective, and proactive service with an emphasis on delivering excellent service to our customers.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and reflect local and national priorities and legislation.
  • Be prepared to work flexibly to support colleagues in Housing Management when needed.
