Step and Stone is a unique Bristol-based bakery which works with adults with learning difficulties. Our aim is to help the people we work with into a job, so we take time to work with our trainees to find out what they want. Based in the Park Centre in Knowle, we are looking for an experienced educator who can head up our programme of learning, helping make sure it is up to date and fully accessible. We're a small, friendly and supportive team, and we're looking for a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, who enjoys working in a team and seeing people progress. We also produce and package award-winning bakery products - no prior experience of baking required, just a positive attitude!

A background in education and a DBS check is required, and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is an advantage. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
