We have an opportunity for a professional and competent reception and facilities assistant to join our friendly team.
Working on reception can be challenging, requires thinking outside the box and will keep you asking questions. You will understand the needs of our client group and promote the values and principles of our organisation with every interaction.
You will work alongside reception and facilities colleagues to provide an effective service for clients and staff. You will assist with general office tasks, distribute IT and office equipment, maintain the cleanliness of communal areas and conduct routine health and safety checks. Good computer and administrative skills are essential in this busy and varied role.
