We are looking for a passionate, engaging and innovative leader for our Community Partnerships Team to lead on management and development of OTR’s Art Works, Nature Works and Sports Works projects - our work focused on offering young people opportunities to improve their mental health and wellbeing through connecting to each other, and their communities through creative, outdoor and sport  based projects and activities.

The successful candidate will work with local partners, providers and external stakeholders across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, managing existing relationships and creating new opportunities to support young people to improve their wellbeing and social/community connections.
