In your role as a mentor you will:

* support an autistic or neurodivergent trainee within the workplace 1:1
* work with your trainee on their strengths and needs using our neurodiversity curriculum  
* empower your trainee to reflect on their work experiences, gain self-awareness and discover what they are inspired by in the workplace.
