We are looking for confident, motivated Therapists to work as part of an exciting new partnership between OTR and Next Link, supporting young people aged 11-18 who have been affected by domestic and/or sexual violence and abuse from parents and/or family members.

You will work within OTR’s Schools and Outreach team and work closely with young people, families and colleagues in Next Link to provide a holistic response to Domestic Abuse across Bristol.

You will be employed by OTR to deliver therapy to young people living in Next Link accommodation and the community, link them into appropriate services to support their mental health and wellbeing and, where appropriate, liaise with parent, carers and Next Link workers about onwards referrals.

The successful candidate will hold a recognised counselling qualification, at least to diploma level, and have experience of working with young people affected by domestic abuse. You will have a good working knowledge of services within the Bristol area, experience of multi-agency working and an ability to engage and build trusting and collaborative relationships with young people with complex mental health needs.

Candidates must be available to work on Wednesdays and one weekday evening per week, and willing and able to travel to sites across Bristol to see Young People.
