Borderlands is a charity based in Bristol and exists to work with refugees, asylum seekers and other vulnerable migrants to help them from exclusion to belonging. We are currently recruiting for two posts on our board of trustees:
- A new Chair to lead and guide the charity in its next strategic and developmental chapter. This vacancy is being advertised while Borderlands is undertaking an exciting piece of work around its long term strategy. Our work has significantly increased and grown in the last years, as has Borderlands' strategic role in the wider refugee sector. We are keen to recruit someone sharing the same commitment, vision and values as the rest of the charity.
- The board recently completed a successful governance review and skills audit led by an external consultant. Following this, we are are also looking for a trustee who can bring to the board one or more of the following skills:
