Contribute to the development and delivery of the Asset Management Strategy.
Lead and manage the team, creating a high-performance culture through supporting, coaching and developing colleagues.
Ensure our homes and customers are safe and works are carried out in accordance with Brighter Places H&S policies and statutory obligations.
Ensure effective cross team working is maintained in line with policies and procedures to ensure our homes and communal areas are safe.
Ensure that all safety service programmes are procured and delivered to a high standard in line with statutory requirements and policies and procedures.
Ensure that all contracts, contractors and suppliers are managed effectively against cost, time and quality measures and that all works are sufficiently supervised.
Lead in the delivery and performance reporting of safety servicing programmes, ensuring that a robust process is in place.
Lead the development of policies, procedures and processes to ensure they keep customers safe, take into account customers’ needs and meet our current statutory obligations.
Ensure suitable suppliers are in place and effectively managed to deliver our safety servicing programmes.
Lead in the implementation and delivery of the Property Safety MOT programme.
Ensure the Property Inspectors have the administrative and logistical support in place to efficiently deliver inspection
Ensure the outputs and actions resulting from the inspection are effectively actioned.
Effectively lead and manage the Property Compliance team ensuring that colleagues are coached and supported to perform at their best.
Support the Brighter Places ‘Out of Hours’ service in line with our Out of Hours Policy.
