Details of Role: 

OTR are looking for a dedicated and motivated Community Development Worker to lead on the organisation and delivery of OTR Hubs, pop ups, Resilience Lab workshops and other groups for young people aged 11-18 across North Somerset.

This role will provide a first point of access into OTR and mental health services across the region, promoting health and wellbeing to young people through the planning, development and delivery of workshops, activities and talks in schools and community settings with a focus on health promotion and prevention.

Applicants must have a passion for and strong commitment to community engagement, demonstrable experience of working with children and young people, excellent group facilitation skills and experience of multi-agency working.

This role is anticipated to start in August.
