About the role

The Carer Support Services Manager will lead the management and delivery of our vital Support Services, offering essential information, advice and support to unpaid carers across Bath and North East Somerset. This role will give you the space to be creative, innovative and data-informed to develop and grow the service, ensuring the best possible outcomes for carers.

About you

You will have experience in leading the development, management and evaluation of a service. As a strong leader, you thrive managing a team, including delivering support, supervisions and setting meaningful objectives. You have previous experience working in a support, information or advice setting with safeguarding practice. You are a friendly, empathetic individual that excels in managing relationships with stakeholders. You are a driven individual that can manage a budget and implement clear processes and procedures. This is a part-time post with working days and times negotiable, flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required. On successful completion of probation, the post can be a mixture of office and remote working.
