Trustees – particularly Treasurer, but also other trustees with a commitment to our work 

WECIL (West of England Centre for Inclusive Living) 
WECIL(West of England Centre for Inclusive Living) is the largest charity run and controlled by Disabled people in the region. WECIL have over 50 staff and run a range of services for Disabled children and adults, such as information, benefits and advice, Independent Living support, befriending, advocacy and holiday and other provision for Disabled children and their families.  

WECIL need to recruit a couple of new trustees before our AGM this year. They are particularly looking for a Treasurer, but also other trustees with a commitment to their work (see Home - WECIL - Supporting Independent Living) and familiar with Management Committees . You must be a Disabled person, as WECIL believe lived experience needs to inform their decision making, (this includes people with physical or sensory impairments, mental health challenges, learning difficulties or neurodivergence), and they particularly encourage Black and minoritised Disabled people who are under-represented in the staff team.
