This exciting and dynamic role will have the opportunity to work with youth work,
managers and colleagues to respond to young people’s needs, shaping delivery and
embedding creativity throughout the organisation through direct delivery in
communities with young people whilst developing and delivering programmes and
routes for them to flourish and progress. This role will oversee the journey of a young
person at Creative Youth Network where creativity starts as a tool and becomes a
career.
