Assisting our technician in the operation of all technical parts of the building where required by CYN staff, youth projects, tenants or hirers. This includes live performance, lighting, AV and live and recorded sound etc.

​Responsibilities

​You will be expected to fulfill tasks such as:

• Overseeing the technical aspects of small hires which require projectors and screen, hybrid meeting equipment etc.
• Assistance with event set up and pack down.
• Support the reception team in ensuring the building is a welcoming, safe and supportive environment.
• Support the events manager in meeting the needs of tenants and hirers of the building.

​Experience

The ideal candidate must have some experience of technical events e.g. live and recorded sound, AV, lighting, live performance. Must be willing to work unusual hours, evenings and weekends. Good communication and teamwork are vital.
