Wellspring Settlement (WS) and Bristol Somali Resource Centre (BSRC) have successfully fundraised in partnership to develop youth services for the local community.  This post will work equitably with WS and BSRC to: support the development and delivery of their jointly funded youth work; to support both organisations CEOs to explore all current and future service delivery to ensure it is complimentary, joined up and delivered in partnership if appropriate; to maximise opportunities for all local communities; and to identify and deliver the mechanisms, systems and any policies to make the partnership work in practice
