The role:

The role will involve delivering data to produce measurable results for managers, Board & Committees by coordinating key performance indicators which ensures we have a performance driven approach. Co-ordinating and maintaining our key registers and assurance programmes such Risk Registers, Asset & Liabilities Register and Internal Audit Programme. Maintaining our policy framework and assisting with data protection requirements.

Although not an exhaustive list, key responsibilities include: 

  • To support our performance framework to ensure performance indicators are in place, monitored, correct and create reports to assist with assurance to key stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Update and maintain corporate registers and frameworks, such as the Risk Register, Policy Framework and Assets and Liabilities Register to ensure risks and assurance are recorded appropriately and tracked.
  • Ensure the organisational policies, procedures and templates have a framework for review, report on changes and maintain an up to date index for accessibility.
  • Support the effective planning and delivery of the Internal Audit programme.
  • Assist with data protection requirements and information requests.

For this role we are looking for individuals who have:

  • Experience in working in a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment.
  • Experience of processing and analysing data in written and numerical format.
  • Experience of presenting information in a variety of formats to a wide variety of groups.
  • High level of written presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to monitor and track information
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Resilient when handling conflict.
