We need Love Squad volunteers over the weekend of 9th – 11th August, while basking in the magic of the hot air balloons at the rolling hills of Ashton Court, to: 

• Help to run our love letter station and other activities.
• Greet visitors to the Fiesta with a massive smile and a collection bucket encouraging them to support Love Squared with a donation or by visiting our space in the trader’s area.
• Take photos of visitors in our very own balloon basket, where they can get a taste of the experience and the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a real balloon flight.

Volunteers will receive an induction to Love Squared, why we are needed and how the charity is driving transformational change for children, young people and their families in Bristol. There are flexible volunteering slots throughout the weekend that suit your skills and abilities, and the time that you’re able to spare during the Balloon Fiesta. Volunteers can park in the crew parking area or we can pay travel expenses.

Through engaging activities, heartfelt conversations, and a commitment to spreading love and kindness, we will inspire visitors to join us in making a difference in our community. Together, we can turn love into action and transform the experience of children impacted by mental health.
