ABOUT THE ROLE:  

You will carry out maintenance and repair work across our sites to ensure that all our buildings and spaces are safe, welcoming, efficient, compliant, and well-presented

You will be central to an effective, supportive and well-motivated team including our maintenance assistant, in-house cleaning staff, trusted contractors, and volunteers. Working with the Facilities Manager, you will make sure that each day our buildings are ready to welcome the community

You will take satisfaction in making a difference for our customers. As a visible and proactive member of the team, you will build meaningful relationships, and know that good communication and trust is just as important at getting a repair job done

You will work on a variety of tasks, understanding the challenges of our ageing buildings and making sure that every penny counts

You will take pride and be celebrated for solving problems for others, helping the whole charity to grow its positive impact locally
