Recruitment
We are recruiting for a Treasurer, and up to three other volunteer Trustees to join our active board.
We are particularly looking for Trustees with skills in Human Resources, Communications, Public Relations and legal backgrounds.
The Role
As a Trustee, you will
Induction and training will be provided and new trustees will have the opportunity to buddy with a more experienced trustee to support confidence and development.
Membership

A commitment to feminist principles, and passion for making a difference are critical, as well as leadership potential and willingness to work within governance structures.
We seek as diverse a Board as possible and welcome applications from women from a range of backgrounds. We particularly welcome applications from women from Black and minoritised backgrounds, women from disadvantaged backgrounds and those with lived experience of disability.
Pay
Trustee roles are unpaid, but we offer training and personal development, as well as the opportunity to contribute as part of an inspiring group of women.
