As the Complex Needs Services Lead, you will play a pivotal role in this mission by providing leadership, coaching, and management support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
In this role, you will work closely with the Criminal Justice Services Manager to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This includes overseeing staff levels, safeguarding, and data management, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Your ability to inspire and lead a team will be crucial, as will your excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in line management and working with women with multiple complex needs. You should have a strong ability to manage contracts and budgets, ensuring that services are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
