OTR is looking for an exceptionally talented Engagement Worker to be responsible for creatively communicating our message and mobilising young people/stakeholders in a culture shift of our understanding of mental health. The Engagement Worker will be part of an exciting team who aim to create a first point of access into mental health care that is timely, appropriate and accessible to all.
As an Engagement Worker you will be responsible for delivering OTR Hubs (across Bristol and South Glos) – these are exciting and developing spaces where young people, professionals and carers can come and find out what we do. You will also be the first point of contact for young people looking to navigate Mental Health Support in Bristol and South Glos, and you will be key in building partnerships with organisations to ensure OTR reaches young people who normally wouldn’t access mental health support.
You’ll be joining a team who are passionate about creating opportunities with a wide range of young people, discussing mental health out in the community, and empowering young people to make the right decision at the right time.
