The successful candidate will provide a high-quality triage service to women with mental health and housing related support needs. All clients are offered initial immediate support to meet their presenting need by the triage worker. The triage worker will then complete an assessment and refer the client to the Help When You Need it support workers for short and medium term outcome based support.
