Chief Executive Officer
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: £42- 52,000 per annum dependant on experience. (Relocation assistance may be considered for the right candidate)

The West of England Centre for Inclusive Living (WECIL) Ltd. is a charity with big ambitions which is in a stable financial and operational position, has a clear mission and vision, and values which are lived throughout all we do. We aim to enable choice and control, promote disability equality, and to expand our excellent service to more people.
We are seeking a new Chief Executive, to help lead us through this next phase of our development. We are looking for a high calibre, leader with substantial experience of management, ideally within the voluntary or public sector. They will be entrepreneurial, resilient , committed to equality, and have the ability to sustain a culture of continual improvement for both commissioned services and social enterprise activities.
This role would make a great opportunity for a CEO seeking new challenges or for an experienced senior manager seeking a CEO role. Unusually, with CEO appointments, the successful recruit will benefit from a comprehensive handover period supported by the current CEO, and the ongoing support of a PA. WECIL is a user-led organisation and follows the Social Model of Disability, and an alignment with our values, and a strong commitment to maintaining this ethos is essential.
