This role is key to supporting our clients with welfare benefit applications.
The role will involve:
- 1 to 1 appointments with clients to complete benefit application forms/charity applications
- Keeping accurate and confidential records and data entry
If you have some knowlege of welfare benefits, or are keen to learn, and can offer a weekly commitment of 4 hours to support people to complete paper application forms please contact us to find out more. We offer full training (total 4.5 days over a number of weeks). Introductory training starts June 25th
