As part of our Restorative Justice Service (RAAS) we are looking to recruit a Senior Caseworker. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting and training our caseworkers and overseeing our casework systems to ensure that outputs and outcomes are met as part of our funding and in line with the needs of our service. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with enthusiasm and energy with excellent communication skills and resilience, have experience and be a trained RJ practitioner and commitment to promoting this approach.
High levels of organisation and inter personal skills are essential as well as skills in IT and administrative processes. The succesful post holder will be able to work on their own initiative as well as being part of a team and have excellent listening skills, putting staff, volunteers and service users at ease and dealing with high levels of emotion whlst remaining calm, focussed and non judgmental.
Excellent time management, working under pressure and to deadlines is an essential part of this role whilst being able to reflect the professionalism of our service over the telephone.
