Details of Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic, resilient individual looking to make a difference to people’s lives. We are seeking a new member of our team who can provide high quality support services to residents to sustain accommodation before moving on to independent living. 

You will be working with residents to develop their skills and overcome barriers to avoid the cycle of homelessness through commitment, collaboration and perseverance.

We have been operating for over 40 years and work with people with a range of support needs:  this can include substance abuse; mental health; physical health; criminal offending; debt and money management. We are part of Bristol City Council’s commissioned homeless prevention services working closely with partners at the Salvation Army, Places for People, Second Step, Elim Housing and Live West on a constant basis.
