We're a small international development charity working with Bedouin communities in the Sinai desert, Egypt. We work in partnership with local people to bring about change and to help those who are struggling. Our projects focus on job creation, health, opportunities for women and the deaf community. In a region with little other support, the work we do makes a huge difference.
We have some exciting plans for our charity’s future and are looking for 3 or 4 new trustees to get involved. We are recruiting trustees with the following skill-sets:
If this sounds exciting to you and you have a flexible attitude and appreciation of difficult operating environments, please get in touch. An interest in other cultures is important, experience of the Middle East would be a bonus. We will hold trustee meetings 3 times per year in Bristol, with additional operational/project meetings in between.
Please get in touch for more information or to arrange a time to speak or meet.
